Sizing and fit
Which crib sheet size do I need?
We make two sizes: Mini at 24 x 38 inches (60.9 x 96.5 cm) and Standard at 28 x 52 inches (71.1 x 132 cm). Measure the top of your mattress and choose the size that matches. Our crib sheet size guide shows both sizes side by side.
Will the sheet stay on my mattress?
Every sheet has a reinforced elastic fitted lining and deep pockets that wrap around the corners of the mattress. We only make these two sizes, so if your mattress measures differently, the sheet won't fit as it should.
Fabric and care
What are your crib sheets made of?
Our crib sheets are a jersey knit of 96% polyester and 4% spandex, hand-sewn into a fitted sheet. We don't make cotton or organic sheets, and we'd rather tell you that clearly than let you guess.
How do I wash a crib sheet?
Hand wash, do not bleach and hang to dry. If you'd like to iron or steam it, use low heat, and please don't dry clean it. Washing by hand and hanging it to dry gives the fabric the longest life.
Will the print fade?
The designs are printed with dye sublimation, a method where the print does not fade. Follow the care instructions above and your print stays bright wash after wash.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show every design accurately, but colors can look a little different on your screen than in real life, and small variations in print placement can happen. You can read more about our product photos on About Our Images.
Orders and shipping
How long will it take to arrive?
Your order ships after a few business days. As soon as it ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link that always shows the most up to date delivery estimate.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your address and what is in your cart. Orders of $150 or more ship free within the United States.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Australia and New Zealand. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Free shipping from $150 applies to orders within the United States.
Is there a discount when I buy more than one?

What size are your hooded baby towels?

What are the hooded towels made of?
Each towel has a polyester fleece front, where the design is printed, and a cotton loop back.
How does the name on the hood work?
Every towel is personalized. The baby's name is printed in a script letter on the solid hood, and the design covers the towel itself. Please check the spelling of the name before you order, because we print it exactly as you type it. See all personalized hooded baby towels.
How long does a hooded towel take to ship?
Each towel is personalized with the name you choose, and ships after a few business days. As soon as it ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
If something is wrong
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or isn't what you ordered, we'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Can I return a sheet if I change my mind?
We can't accept returns for a change of mind, a different size or a different design. That's why we list the exact size, fabric and care on every product page, so you can order with confidence.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can change or cancel an order only before it goes into production. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
